Bridging strategy and implementation, the Field Readiness Program features perspectives from local leaders using the method in their communities and includes scenario-based exercises to build learners' ability to confidently implement in the field.

The Field Readiness program includes a self-paced primer followed by two all-day virtual intensives with the Clutch team on Wednesday, May 21 and Thursday, May 22. Participants will join group learning and discussion, hear from guest speakers, and receive a resource bank of tools to drive implementation. Intensive days follow a typical 9-5 central time workday and include time for a lunch break.
Office Hours Add On:
Get access to three hour-long office hour sessions after the course concludes to brainstorm, problem solve and move your initiative forward.
