Scaling Rehousing
Clutch established a rehousing program in Honolulu, HI that housed the most people the city had ever housed in a year.
Acting as HUD Technical Assistance, Clutch worked with the Honolulu community to design and collaboratively implement a rehousing program called O'ahu Housing Now. The program increased their rehousing pace from 20 people a month to more than 50, catalyzing improvements in Honolulu’s rehousing infrastructure.
